CivicDesign4HER: Engaging Women Migrant Communities in Civic Engagement through the Systemic Design Framework

Das Projekt „CivicDesign4HER“ zielt darauf ab, Angebote zur aktiven, ko-kreativen Beteiligung von Migrantinnen in lokalen Communities zu entwickeln. Dazu werden u.a. eine Lernplattform sowie verschiedene Handreichungen entwickelt. Lokale Akteure sollen zu inklusiveren Praktiken motiviert werden, Migrantinnen als gleichberechtigte Mitglieder der Gesellschaft mit einzubeziehen. Dadurch sollen messbare Veränderungen in den Praktiken und Politiken lokaler Akteure gegenüber Migrantinnen erreicht werden. 

The CivicDesign4HER project aims to develop opportunities for the active, co-creative participation of migrant women in local communities. To this end, a learning platform and various handouts are being developed, among other things. Local actors are to be motivated to adopt more inclusive practices and to involve migrant women as equal members of society. This should lead to measurable changes in the practices and policies of local actors towards migrant women.
