The project consists in adapting the method of the Collective Competence Portfolio approach for third sector organisations in order to support the evolutions of the third sector.
Valorising the potentials and adapting the activities within an organisation requires talent management focused on competences at an individual and a collective level, taking into account the whole scope of experiences, further from the ones corresponding to current job description. Through the Competence Portfolio declined to a collective level, a shared vision of competencies and potentials should enable to uphold a prospective reflection on new activities and new projects. It would also permit to discover new possible links between what exists, what could exist, and what should exist. The impact of this talent management approach would appear in its efficiency to sustain the evolution of the third sector organisations, in link with their values and their needs.
The project is based on results of a former LEONARDO DA VINCI Transfer of Innovation project (Portolano 2007 – 2009: the Competence e-Portfolio for arts and culture professionals).
